Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
The AI sounds natural and conversational. We recommend transparency — the greeting can say "Hi, you've reached Smith Plumbing's virtual assistant." Many callers prefer getting instant help over a voicemail. All calls include a brief recording disclosure at the start.
What happens to my existing phone number?
We provision a new dedicated number for your AI agent. You can forward your existing number to it, or advertise the new number. Either approach works — we'll guide you through the setup step by step.
How does appointment booking work?
We connect to your Google Calendar. The AI can see your availability and book directly into open slots. You get a notification for every new booking.
What if the AI can't answer a question?
