1.What We Collect

2.How We Use It

We use your information only to deliver the service you asked for. Specifically:

To perform the requested audit, analysis, report, or draft and send results to your email address
To send an internal notification to Teclogically staff so we can follow up if needed
To track service requests in our internal lead log

        We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.
      

3.Third-Party Processors

To deliver our services, we work with the following technology providers. Each one receives only the data necessary to complete its specific function — nothing more.

n8n

Workflow automation platform (EU-hosted). Receives form data to trigger our processing pipelines.

Airtable

Lead tracking database (US-based). Stores your contact information and request details for internal use.

Google Gmail

Email delivery (US-based). Used to send your report or results to the email address you provided.

Anthropic API

AI analysis engine (US-based). Receives relevant form data to generate your report, analysis, or draft. Data is not used to train Anthropic's models.

4.Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as it is useful to deliver and support the service you requested:

Contact information (name, email, phone) is retained for up to 12 months
Report content and AI analysis is retained for 90 days after delivery
BidIQ questionnaire and RFP text is deleted within 30 days of report delivery

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@teclogically.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

5.Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Request that we correct inaccurate information
Request deletion of your personal information

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@teclogically.com. We do not require you to create an account or verify your identity beyond confirming the email address associated with your request.

6.Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify individual users. Our pages do not load third-party ad networks or user-tracking scripts.

7.Children

Our services are intended for business owners and professionals. They are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8.Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes — changes that meaningfully affect how we collect or use your data — we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back occasionally if you are a regular user of our services.
